WEST is currently seeking members to portray the civilians - 
various personnel of the United States and Cuba, and forces 
of the Spanish-American War.  The forces include both the
American infantry and cavalry, los soldados Espana, los 
soldados Cubano including loyalists and guerrillas, and the
naval personnel of the American warships.
